Introductory Consultation – Free

This initial consultation is designed to answer your questions about our Personal Training services, methods and products to determine if our services are right for you. This session is typically 20 minutes in length.

Assessment and Registration
The initial assessment is a two-part process. First, you will receive several forms designed to provide your trainer with a complete health, medical, and lifestyle profile of you. Your trainer will go over these forms with you and ask you to complete them at home. Once you have completed the forms, we will review your responses and perform an initial Flexibility and Strength Assessment. The combination of the information gathered in the forms and in the objective assessment provides your trainer with an accurate picture of your current condition, your specific physical needs, and your personal goals. This information will also serve as a benchmark that can be referred back to as we mark your progress. The review of your forms and Flexibility and Strength Assessment takes approximately 1 and 1/2 hours to complete.

Individual Session Fees
The standard length for a personal training session is 1 hour. Payment is due in one-month blocks and one month in advance. We accept checks, MasterCard, and Visa. Two to three training sessions per week are recommended for consistent results, and clients training 2 – 3 times per week in a given time slot will be given priority for popular time slots. We strongly encourage our clients to arrive approximately 15 – 20 minutes prior to their session to properly warm-up and maximize their time with their trainer.

Partner/Buddy Session Fees
Both members must go through the assessment process described above before training can commence to allow the trainer to be properly aware of the individual needs of the two parties. Once assessment is completed, our trainers can work with Partners that have very different needs and goals during the same session. As with individual training sessions, payment is due in one-month blocks and one month in advance. We accept checks, MasterCard, and Visa. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a scheduled session, a 24-hour notice is required to avoid full financial responsibility for the session. Excluding legitimate emergencies, any cancellation less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged as a full session. If your trainer misses a scheduled session, your next session will be FREE. If your trainer is late up to 10 minutes, the session will be charged at half-price. If your trainer is more than 10 minutes late the session is free.
